Growing in Grace is a women's community that was created in the home of the founder, Ashley Ates with a few dope women who desired growth with like-minded women.
Through in-person gatherings, online bible studies, & courses G.N.G has touched women of all ages and races.
G.N.G is committed to curating a safe space that provides transformation, encouragement, and teachings that lead you into truth.
Sister Sistership Program
Within the 7 week Sister Sistership Program, mamas gain tools through personal & Spiritual development, access community within our group sessions & private FB group, accountability with fellow mamas, & usable systems personalized for each mama.
This program equips single-mamas to Re-Imagine Motherhood by focusing on the woman within; Moving past surviving into thriving.
Here, we don't live in the trauma of our decision, instead we build confidence in our womanhood to thrive in mothering & life. We are using the tools acquired to break free of all limitations.

About ME
I am UNAPOLOGETICALLY Ashley Ates, the Single Mama Builder. Having my first child at 19 years old, I knew the only thing that mattered was making sure my child was taken care of. I pushed and pushed, achieved, achieved but still wasn't content. It wasn't until I asked God who He created me to be that I went on a journey of discovery. Let me tell you, it never ends. During this journey I birth Growing In Grace women's community which birth Sister Sistership, a community exclusive to single mamas where we Re-Imagine Motherhood. I didn't have anyone to keep me accountability nor a community of women that looked like me but wanted more. I knew I would change that narrative. Sister Sistership is for us, by us.
Using my educational background, I combine my love for teaching, knowledge of systems & structures, goal setting with execution, and encouragement to build single mamas in their confidence to thrive in life. A message to all mamas, before you are mom, you are woman. Don't neglect her.
I have two world-changing creative sons that I choose to live legacy with. I am a self-published author, social entrepreneur, builder of people, advocate, blogger, foodie, and lover of God!
